Description: St. Patrick's High School, Asansol, recently hosted students from St. Patrick's College, Brisbane, Australia, for a two-day EREBB interactive program on 9th and 10th December. This enriching experience aimed to foster cultural understanding, exchange ideas, and promote global citizenship. On the first day, students from both schools engaged in an interactive session, exploring each other's cultures through traditional dances and discussions. They delved into topics like education and the shared values of being Edmund Rice schools. The day also included a visit to a local gurudwara and Ramkrishna Mission, Asansol, providing a unique opportunity for cultural immersion. The following day, the students competed in a friendly match, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. In the afternoon, they visited the village of Chandra Shekhar Kundu, an institution dedicated to empowering underprivileged children through education and opportunities. This two-day program was a resounding success, fostering new friendships and a deeper understanding of each other's cultures. We are grateful for the experience and look forward to future collaborations.
